  3. On previous podcasts, you discussed item builds with your characters - you skipped that this week. I know there's guides and such out there, but it's always nice to hear discussion (such as on Teemo, AP vs. AD items).

Have you guys tried out any of the vs AI bots games? What are your thoughts on the Beginner and Intermediate levels there?

  4. Great questions, we got a bit derailed this week so we didn't get to item builds and such, will definately be in next week though.

  5. There was an interesting game in some minor tournament where I've seen Wickd (as Miss Fortune) stacking all Tiamats for hilarious results :D

  6. Also, the teemo player you're referencing is "The Rain Man", but he was only briefly #1 player, HotshotGG has been reliably in #1 position most of the times.

  7. And I'm sorry, need an edit function -- but generally the rain man rather than player straight up ad, is mostly on-hit effects, and based on wiggles most of the times, if memory serves me right.

  8. He generally runs lantern and then bloodrazor or frozen mallet. Using his W and mushrooms just manages to kite from there. I played him today and ran that strat along with wits end and it went over pretty well.

  9. Hey guys, I was just wondering what you guys thought about how (not recently) they nerfed twitch and what you guys think is better AP or AD Ez. Thanks for this awesome podcast, Bøjangles

  10. @Anon(the first comment)
They for sure do deserve a bigger fan base =) I hope the stick around long enough for me to say I remember when they were first getting started with the podcast xD

  11. I played twitch quite a bit awhile back and I feel like he has one of the worst and best ults at the same time. Any decent champ can strafe out of it which is a major dps decrease, but there are occasions where all 5 enemies end up stacked and you just hit them all and Expunge after it wears off.

As for items I try to gather On-hit effects like Wit's end, Bloodrazor, Sword of the divine etc, eventually maxing 2.5 AS with his stealth passive and finishing with tankie items.

The discussion on AP OR AD ez ill leave to someone more experienced with EZ ;P

  12. Thanks for the insight on the whole twitch thing and I was also wondering what you guys thought about the leaver situation in games and what you think you can do to get a win if you have a leaver on your team

  13. Seriously?! Tiamat on Sivir?

I think you guys should find a good Sivir player and do a spotlight on her. One of the least understood champions in the game IMO. Tiamat (and everything else) activates only on the main hit, not on the ricochets. Riamat is HORRIBLE on her. On Twitch it is decent since his ultimatr lets him hit (and proc on) multiple people, if you are lucky enough that they line up for it. Gangplank and Ezreal's Q may also proc, not sure for them.

  14. Well, personally I wouldn't really use Tiamat. Not even on Sivir I think there are better items out there for her. I also understand that Tiamat doesn't proc off her ricochet. That would be rediculous! Only reason why I said her was for the added AoE arsenal. haha

  15. Hey guys, just started following the podcast. Love it. Hit level 16 in game recently, been finding things pretty easy but my friends don't really play the game, so I'm always alone. I've been mostly wrecking TT as Mundo because, even if my team sucks, I can usually come back (at one point I had an entire match history of wins and felt awesome).

Had a game where my teammates were Veiger and Rammus (Free Veiger and Rammus, yay) versus an obvious pre-made. I hadn't died, but also had no kills. My teammates combined had 3 kills and almost 30 deaths. So, the world was looking pretty bleak, but, we managed to ace them (giving me 2 kills and butt loads of gold) mostly because they focused me but I had gone back and bought my tank items making me very hard to kill with ulti + heal + tank items. We ended up winning. So, never underestimate the bounty system's ability to let you rebound. Their entire team was worth 1000 bonus gold, allowing us (me especially) to come back with great items and push in their base.

Anyway, this gets to my question, are Fortify and Clairvoyance as useful on TT as Summoner's Rift? Since I never see them picked on TT... Ever...

  16. Any time I play a tank on Summoners Rift I ALWAYS grab fort and I spec into the defense tree so that I can have the splash damage and I think it works just fine. I personally think that Clairvoyance is always good

  17. I generally grab Clairvoyance when I am playing a support champion like Lux and possibly nidalee. Its especially helpful for preventing face checks and to keep an eye out on the enemy jungler (rather it be saving yourself or to counter-jungle) along with Dragon and Baron checks.

  18. Fortify I would question the value of it on TT since most of the action isn't at the towers. But Clairvoyance is ALWAYS godlike. IMO, Fortify is only really worthwhile on champions with a taunt or toss/knockback who have enough experience they KNOW that it is possible to get the enemy under a tower. Marginally worthwhile on a chamion with an early game stun/root who can bait people into tower diving (very marginal there).

Back to Sivir and Tiamat, she doesn't NEED more AoE arsenal. Just make what she already has more painful with huge AD per slot :)

  19. On the teemo account this is why The Rain Man is really good with teemo.

He takes top always, and he just keeps pushing the towers down, his shrooms are in the jungle and are basically his alarm system for when people come to get him he can just W out of there.

He builds a Wriggles in the lane to have lasting power then works on a Wit's End or/and Madred's Bloodrazor into a frozen heart.

I've watched some players do this technique they are basically a 1-man pushing monster that is almost ungankable. They rarely do team fights until both top lane towers are down. Shroom placement is keep spreading it out and making sure no one can reach you.

  20. I noticed I wrote frozen heart, I meant frozen mallet...
